Changing or Cancelling Your Order

After you placed the order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.

To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer care. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Returns

Q: Can I return or exchange a product I purchased on brandsforless.com.lb?

A: We do not have a Cash Return Policy. Return is permitted within 10 days from the invoice date provided goods are returned with original packing and original invoice. There are two ways to return an item to us.

  • Store Return:
    Tchibo items can be returned at any Brands For Less store.
    Branded items (Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein etc.…) can only be returned at any Brands For Less store.
    Mumuso Items can only be returned in any Mumuso store.
  • Online Return:
    Once return items are received, a refund credit note will be processed within 7 business days.
    An email notification and an SMS will be sent to the e-mail & phone number provided upon order confirmation.
    A 5,000 LBP shipping charge will be set for all returns.
    All items can be returned provided that they are in their original packaging, sealed and not opened.

Q: Can I return Mumuso items in Brands For Less or Tchibo Store?

A: Mumuso return items will be restricted only to Mumuso stores.

Q: May I return a product from Special Deals?

A: Products that was ordered from the Special Deals section are non returnable.

Q: Which items are non- returnable?

A: Items from special deals, lingerie, undergarments and swimwear.

Q: Is there a preferred method by which I should return an item to you?

A: We prefer that you return the item in our stores where our staff can assist you personally and a Credit Note can be issued instantly. However, if you prefer an Online Credit Note, you may contact our Customer Care hotline for assistance on how to go about with the procedure.

Cancellation Policies

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.

Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Care by e-mail for a recommendation.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer care within 7 business days upon receipt of the item. Please have your Invoice number available when you contact customer care.
